1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using Apptimate ERP, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Apptimate ERP is a modular business-management software that includes Core, POS, Inventory, Finance, HR, CRM, and Analytics modules. Access may vary by subscription.

3. Account and Usage

  • You must provide accurate company and contact details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Unauthorized sharing of accounts or misuse may result in suspension.
  • You agree to use the system only for lawful business purposes.

4. Payments and Renewals

  • Setup and annual subscription fees are payable in advance.
  • Non-payment may lead to temporary suspension or data access restrictions.
  • All pricing and payment terms are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, and documentation are the property of Apptimus Tech (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the system without written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of business data entered into the ERP. We store and process it only to deliver the service. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apptimus Tech (Pvt) Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data.
  • Downtime, network errors, or third-party service interruptions.
  • Misuse of the system by users.

8. Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, invoices remain unpaid, or malicious activity is detected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance.
